Instructions to prevent browser from crashing:

1. Double-click the little Norton icon in your system tray (usually next to the clock). It will load the Norton security settings dialog.
2. Click on the "Privacy Control" menu option.
3. Then click the "Turn Off" button.
4. You should now notice that many websites (including iSixSigma) that did not work for you are now working correctly.
