About This Event:
This five-day workshop focuses on the skills, tools and methods leaders can use to maximize opportunities for change. For Six Sigma sponsors, coaches and practitioners, this workshop will provide the knowledge you need to maximize the value of a Six Sigma implementation throughout the organization.
Key topics include: creating identity, building relationships, influencing others, group decision making processes, consulting skills, creating a learning environment, coaching and mentoring and leading innovation.
This workshop also integrates the tools of quality improvement and Six Sigma into the approach for leading change and provides a range of job aids and reference tools for participants to use and apply in their day-to-day job. Both pre-work and post-work are included to ensure that participants are fully supported as they learn and practice new skills.
