Human Sigma
Posted on: Tuesday, 22nd May 2007, 9:02 PM. Interesting. As I understand it, Human Sigma and Six Sigma share only the notion of reducing variability. Human Sigma is outcome, not process management. It can be measured through the intersection of employee and consumer engagement.
