    Our company is undergoing a major standardization drive where we want to standardize operations across all our facilities (It is a non-manufacturing industry).

    We have a long list of projects which need to be prioritized.We don't have much of financial data to realise the gains standardization can bring or we just don't know how to realise the gains.What is the best way to select projects this way?
