I am in the Measure phase of a project and used a 1-sample T-test to calculate if the target I have defined is significant different then the current baseline. Now I would like to calculate how many samples of the improved process I will need to take, to prove the succes of my project.

    Should I use a 1-sample T-test or a 2-sample T-test?

    Please advise -thanks
