    Hey everyone,

    My manager would like me to spearhead a project designed to implement 5S throughout the entire company (we have 150 employees and 3 locations).  Can anyone offer insight how to do this effectively so that 1) an effective change is made and 2) the change is maintained so I don't lose my credibility?
