    My company feels Six Sigma would be a great idea.  However with no budget for training they have "annoited" me the Six Sigma guy (Black Belt, Master Black Belt, and Champion).  The expectation is I'll figure it out, implement it, get processes in place, and lastly define and tackle problems with an appropriate methodology.

    I am looking for anyone with similar experiences who can give me some guidance.  What were the roadblocks? What organization changes did you have to make?
