You have to go to tools/options and initialize the McKinney graphic protocol using symbol/"zapf chancery" fonts or "webdings" font.

Once you do that, you should be able to produce the desired result with lines and alpha characters.

Make sure you don't choose all of the protocols, just the McKinney one.
