"what pride items have your company adopted to get your LSS employees to be more proud of their positions?"

I fail to see how a hat or satchel could make you any more or less proud of your participation in a LSS program.  And in my experience, companies tend to offer inexpensive swag in lieu of actual commitment to the program or individual professional development.  Your mileage may vary.

Bottom line - if you run a good program, you won't need "pride" items to make people more proud about what they do.
