Variation Reduction Training

Although we have in-house classroom training, my company would like to post on its intranet a basic training program on "variation reduction"... something "in the can". It needs to be professionally done with narration and obviously, we are willing to purchase the rights to it if necessary. Does anyone know of something that's out there that we can use?? The driver here is as much about saving time than anything... we do not want to reinvent the wheel! This could be a multi-phase project. Thanks for any help you can provide.
