Jones, I don't recall you ever providing any feedback, let alone meaningful feedback. If you are truly interested, please do a more thorough data-driven search to determine if we help or not.

You'll pick up on a theme. If a Poster submits a well-thought out issue and it is apparent that they did their homework and at least tried to learn, then we help, quite generously. I know Darth, Stan, Mike C, Adam B. and others, including myself, have gone to great lengths to mentor and Tutor folks that really want to learn and are motivated...all at no cost to the recipient of the advice/mentorship. This from guys that normally charge a deservedly-healthy amount for services in the continuous improvement realm.

Now, when some lazy bum wants homework answers, or demonstrates a lack of motivation, then hell yeah, many of us call for fire on the AO. There is a method to the madness. For me at least, it's to seperate the wheat from the chaff that has plagued our industry.

Jonesy, It sounds like you were on the receiving end of one of our broadsides. Please support your supposition with data...all the data, not just a copy/paste of the flame wars, otherwise you won't be taken seriously.
