I'm pleased to oblige -- I work in HR as an MBB at Ford Motor Company and we have a very extensive list.

As you might expect, the vast majority of our project work is conducted in Healthcare Management, which has 3 main departments: Benefit Design and Administration; Occupational Health and Safety and Clinical Operations. All 3 departments have a dedicated black belt and several active green belts. The second largest pocket of 6-sigma activity in HR at Ford is within our HR Customer Center which houses a call center and is rich with transactional process improvement opportunities. Our 6-sigma efforts in these two areas realized a hard cost savings of more than $10Mil directly last year. Hope this helps.
