Case Studies of Six Sigma Implementation

Dear Experts,

I am working on my thesis for my MBA studies. It is about problems of implementing Six Sigma, and their resolution. In the thesis, I am examining the human resources development plan, the trainings, the personnel selection (i.e. BB or GB candidates), the project selection, project work and follow-up.

Although here are nice examples within the company, I would like to ask if you have, and can share any case studies for reference, and any other useful information.
