    I'd like to get some feedback on the proper scaling approach for prioritization matrices (aka cause and effect matrix and/or xy matrix).  My company has a healthy internal debate raging about the application of  0-1-3-9 scaling versus 0-10 scaling. 

    Would anyone like to weigh in?  Is there research to support either approach?
