Process Improvement As a Critical Business Practice.
Posted by: Billy Bud Posted on: Tuesday, 5th April 2005, 3:18 PM.
I work for a company that has never been especially process-improvement oriented. In the midst of our recent reengineering/ value stream mapping effort, the question arose as to how our company should best leverage the resources of our various process improvement specialists (IE’s, IT Analysts, Black Belts, R&D Engineers). One suggestion had to do with making process improvement a 'critical business practice', something that is rather foreign here. Does anyone have any insight into the role of company-wide process improvement in this context? Message Thread: Return To Discussion ForumPost A New MessageRead the Forum Guide to Good Etiquette
