DFSS DMADV Methodology

Hello,

I've been a CSSBB for 3 years and am now very interested in DFSS. I"ve completed several Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC methodology and also have a Lean Principal certification (5 yrs).

Can anyone direct me to some examples of DFSS projects (actual completed projects) and also recomend an easy read straight forward book on DFSS?

In the past I've purchased so many Six Sigma books before getting a comprehensive one that explains how to do it, so now I'd like to get some suggestions to avoid a long search if possible.

Seeing an actual project is the best way for me to learn so if its possible to obtain I'd appreciate some direction here.
