Tools to Prioritize Six Sigma Projects

    We are rolling out a Six Sigma program at my company and I need to find a way to "quantitatively" rank projects as "most worthy" to work on...has anyone developed a tool or matrix that weights various criteria and allows the user to rank various potential projects?
