Risk Management/Internal Audit and Six Sigma

Hi,

Our organisiation is just beginning the Six Sigma journey.  I have been given the task of integrating our Risk Management methodology with that of DMAIC.  We are also attempting to somewhat change the way our Risk Management/Internal Audit group functions and include some elements of process management into our service offering.

I was hoping that someone out there may have some thoughts on how this integration may best take place, and also if they have had any experience/exposure to how the Internal Audit fuinction within their company has changed (if at all) with the introduction of Six Sigma.
