Gaining subject matter knowledge through training is the first step toward becoming an effective Six Sigma practitioner. For those who do not receive Six Sigma training through their employer, open enrollment training provides a means for learning the basics of the continuous improvement method, as well as opportunities for further study through advanced courses. Classes may take place online or in training facilities around the world. Those considering enrolling in training should contact providers directly, as topics and availability of course offerings may vary.
