About The Author - Kerri Simon

Kerri Simon is a certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt for a Fortune 100 company and an accomplished facilitator. In this role, Ms. Simon has coached many Green Belts, including numerous executives, on the completion of their Quality projects and use of Quality tools. Ms. Simon's focus is on the application of Six Sigma to transactional processes.

Ms. Simon is a graduate of Stanford University, with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering. Her graduate work emphasized management and organizational behavior.
