Mr. Swinney is the lead Quality auditor for a metal working facility in Southern California. He has led and coached over 20 process improvement efforts at multiple manufacturing facilities during the course of his career, and attributes a majority of his success in implementing Quality to employee education and empowerment.

His business team has most recently been awarded ISO9001 certification for their diligence to Quality and process management.
