Jim brings 30 years of sales, marketing and project management experience to the Creative Heathcare Team.
Trained in pharmacy and pre-med at Kennesaw College, he later managed a successful Patient Aid Center and was certified as an orthopedic fitter, ostomy consultant, and TENS-biofeedback specialist.
Donaldson graduated from the ICIA Institute for Advanced A/V Project Design and Sales at Indiana University, Bloomington. While applying significant knowledge of meeting rooms, simulation-training facilities, and boardrooms he contracted with 30 of the top 50 aerospace and strategic defense contractors. It is there that Jim gathered an intimate knowledge of ISO related practices, quality systems and project management principles.
While the NASA Shuttle Management Group was grounded after the Challenger explosion, he worked for two years with numerous contractors doing scientific testing and analysis, and then to build a 13 site VITS-Video Integrated Teleconference System prior to Shuttle re-launch. Upon return to corporate work, he sold and managed the project for the World of Coca Cola Museum, including the first 200" HDTV theater and 30 advanced laser-fed, computer assisted displays.
Over the past 25 years Jim has served many corporate clients including Airbus, ADT, AT&T, Bell South, Bell Helicopter, Boeing, Bombardier, Coca Cola, Church & Dwight (Arm & Hammer), GE Aerospace, General Dynamics, Halliburton, Hughes Aircraft, Liz Claiborne, Lockheed, Loral Aerospace, Martin Marietta, McDonnell Douglas, Morton Thiokol, Northrop Grumman, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins, United Technologies and WebMD. In recent years, he excelled in recruiting clinical and sales personnel for a national expansion of a Midwestern medical products and services company.
Jim now resides in metro Atlanta, GA where his family has lived since the 1960's.
