Matt Lanius has eight years of experience in industrial settings in progressive roles up to operations management. He currently serves as a consultant for the Tennessee Manufacturing Extension Program of the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services. His experience includes facilitation and leadership roles in the use of Toyota Production System tools including policy deployment, value stream mapping, standard work, setup reduction, Kanban implementation, team problem solving, variation reduction, 5-S and total preventive maintenance.
