Has recently retired from Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, TX, and relocated to Prescott, AZ. Well versed in Lean, Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, commercial management and business development. Currently looking for opportunities to continue in the healthcare market by offering facilitation, teaching and project teams leadership with the objective to improve operational effectiveness and improve quality in the delivery of healthcare.

serving to develop strategies and implementation plans to achieve improved patient experience, operational efficiency, quality and growth, for cardiovascular-ICU, medical-ICU, and second busiest emergency department in Houston, Texas.
Have led numerous multidisciplinary teams utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma and project management and implementation methodologies, to improve operational effectiveness, quality and patient experience across a broad range of service lines in an acute care hospital setting affecting mortality rates, length of stay, throughput and utilization, and reduced costs.
