Pete Kastner is the business improvement manager for Volt Workforce Solutions, a unit of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and until recently, was the interim RPO program manager working for Volt at a Fortune 100 company. In his regular role, Mr. Kastner provides consultative services using Six Sigma methodology to assist internal and external customers in streamlining their recruiting processes, determining metrics for success, and identifying cycle time reduction approaches.
