Prioritize VOC Questions
We get the voice of the customer at the start of a DFSS project. The VoC is what people say in response to questions that we pose. Assuming that we need to prioritize which questions get asked (on a survey or interview), what are the structured tools for prioritizing these questions?
"In other words, if you wanted the answers to 100 questions right now, but couldn't afford to get them answered (for reasons of time, money or patience), how would you decide which questions do need to be asked now? Is there a tool in the toolbox of DFSS or marketing or survey design?

Understanding Configuration Management
I am looking for more information on configuration management as it applies to the AS9100 standard. When searching the web there is information for configuration management as it applies to software. My understanding is that configuration management is a discipline that involves controlling all of the documents that are pertinent to a particular product from release and any changes.
