Struggling to Calculate Capability
In my job there are certain data distributions that are non-normal by nature. One certain distribution is data gathered by a test method in which there is a lower bound at zero. The test is done on an absorbent product. The product absorbs liquid and then a piece of filter paper and weight is placed on the product for a certain amount of time. The goal is to have zero grams of liquid come back off on the filter paper, hence the lower bound.

"I'm struggling at calculating capability for this. I cannot find any distributions that fit, and the Box-Cox and Johnson transformations do not work. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Estimating Lot Nonconformance Percent Limits
My company has been using table B-5 of ANSI/ASQ Z19.1993 to estimate the lot percent limits for non-conformance of samples. I would like to provide the users with an Excel spreadsheet to ease the analysis process but can't seem to find how this table was derived. Can anybody provide a basis or formula for calculating the values found in this table?

Incomplete Green Belt Projects
I'm a Black Belt mentoring 12 Green Belts from all the different departments at my plant. Our problem (since years ago) is that most of the Green Belts don't complete their projects on time because of their heavy workload (they say). Does anybody have some experience, tips or strategies to increase Green Belts' project completion?
