How to Compare Test Results
I have five different machines for measuring blood sugar level in my hospital. I have to choose only one of them (the most accurate one against the central laboratory machine). I measured 37 blood samples by all the machines (including the central laboratory machine), but now I don't know what statistical procedure to choose to compare the results with the central laboratory machine results.

Get Green Belts in Gear
To get Green Belts to complete projects, link them to specific business aims, make sure people understand the tangible and immediate business need for the projects, if possible have a specific budget for each project as a business project (not just as a training project), and involve management in the presentation of feedback.
"You could also seek cooperation from company management to review the implementation of training policy. Investigate and monitor training progress vs. plan and reasons for departures. Then perhaps consider running a project to improve timeliness and business impact of your company training programs.

Configuration Management and AS9100
I am looking for more information on configuration management as it applies to the AS9100 standard. When searching the web there is information for configuration management as it applies to software. My understanding is that configuration management is a discipline that involves controlling all of the documents that are pertinent to a particular product from release and any changes.

Solving DOE Problem
I am having difficulty identifying the steps in solving a design of experiment problem. I need to identify the factors that affect the response. The factors range from A through F. Each factor has a number range of 0 through 50. When data is entered into each factor, the software generates a response value. What are the steps in solving a problem like this?
