Testing Variance
I have two sets of data that produce bell curves. One has a mean of 1000, the other 1001. The idea is to improve the accuracy of the second set to be close to 1000. It might have been a fluke the average was 1001, as the data has a greater variance. What stats test should I do to test the variance between the two sets?

Post-improvement Sample Size
I made an improvement on a process that initially had a 50% defect rate. How can I use Minitab to determine my sample size to measure the improvement? I project the new defect rate will be between 5% -10%.

Proceeding with One-sample Groups
I have data from more than two groups, but my problem is some of them only have one sample. I want to see the difference of mean between groups. I tried to use one-way ANOVA, but there was a warning that I cannot continue for post hoc test because some of my groups only have one sample. Should I use non parametric statistic to test mean comparison?

Six Sigma in the Hotel Industry
I have been recently introduced to Six Sigma by my team leader and want to find out how I can implement it in my housekeeping program. I have tried to read the definition of it but I still feel I need a bit of guidance on it. Anyone who thinks they have just a slight idea on how to go about it is welcome to share.

Co-integration Analysis Explanation
Can someone explain to me the concept of co-integration analysis? I have data on exports and imports on a yearly basis for a country. The prof says we can't run direct regression to find the relation and dependencies because the data is co-integrated.
