@VishantPai: Not to pick nits, but while you used a DMADV structure you really performed a DMAIC project. Good improvement, and whatever you call it improvement is improvement. I would like to see your customer derived Y, the acceptance boundary(ies) for that Y, and how you tuned the inputs (x’s) so that your Y(s) have a capability at or above 1.5 or so. That would really show DfSS implementation. Good job nonetheless. |
