We are into manufacturing of automotive glass in India, for improving our product quality we are planning to do benchmarking with some european company. This benchmarking would be specific for performance parameters. Can anybody help me specifying the steps for product benchmarking in our case & do we require to benchmark our process & system and how should we move?

In this way, you are taking efforts to impact your specific customer base.
