Their website is http://www.anexas.net but I really don’t know whether the six sigma black belt certificate they grant is regognized by isixsigma . By the way I live in Saudi Arabia & anexas consulting is the only party that conducts sixsigma courses and exams . Looking foreward to hear your advices . Regards, |

| JOSE FEBRES @josefe Reputation - 0 Rank - Aluminum | Hi Basem; I took a look to the web-site and saw the BOK (Book of Knowledge) and looks very complete. Although that, and based on my experience, the criteria to become “certified” is lacking of some elements. For example is a requirement (again, my experience) to complete a project to become certified, some case studies (for GB 3 and for BB 5) and pass the test with a score of 70% for GB and 80% for BB’s. Remember the BB certification means that at some point you are going to be mentoring and developing GB’s so the expectation is more. These few elements would give you competitive advantage at the time to be compared with other “belt” certified. I recommend you that request some references as they mention in the FAQ’s session and start performing your own benchmark. I can tell you that you can complement the certification with the ASQ exam that is one of the most respected certifications in the industry. Assuming that they cover all the topics in the BOK, very detailed with knowledgeable instructor then you should be in a good position to pass the ASQ test (GB, BB or both). Another feasible avenue for you assuming that you are knowledgeable about LSS is to buy the ASQ primers, study by yourself and go for the certification. That has worked for some friends of mine. Hope this helps and good luck on that! PD: if you have questions or need more details you can contact me to jrfebres@gmail.com. I could share also some information with you. :) |
