Morning All, Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to effectively manage a FIFEO system I currently manage a production area that manufactures small scale, fast turn around medicines. As part of the internal supply chain, a dispensary controls stock levels. We operate a FIFEO system but a recent audit found that 50% of our stock did not comply. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Best Regards |

@rickizebik Excuse my ignorance but I have no clue what FIFEO is but I assume it is some version of first in first out. I am not real sure how you are set up or what size your material is but one of the simplest ways to control it is by gravity feed racks. Just my opinion. |
