Does anyone have an example of power point presentation called GE four blocker?  I think it’s a one page power point presentation divided into four quadrants.  If suitable, I would like to use it for my project update for senior leaders.  Thanks.

Georgee:GE uses a variety of four and nine-blockers in their pitches. I thing the one you want shows different strategies for improvement sorted along two dimensions.Ease of implementation – easy and hard
Impact on customer – big and smallThis puts all ideas out for discussion, but ranks them into the four quadrants. Management will then decide to support the easy/big ideas. These should be followed by big/hard, NOT small/easy (common mistake). Last one is small/hard.Cheers, Alastair
