| Gail Allen @gallen Reputation - 0 Rank - Aluminum | Does anyone have a good idea of an ice breaker that can be used during a Six Sigma Process Improvement talk to a large, auditorium style, group of people. The discussion will be lead by a process-intelligent Vice President, however, does not have a black belt. |

| Gail Allen @gallen Reputation - 0 Rank - Aluminum | Thanks for the info. You are right, it was to laugh a little as well as prove a point. The event already happened. We simulated a funny “broken process” with bean bags. It worked fine enough. Again, thanks for the reply. |
