Does anyone have a good idea of an ice breaker that can be used during a Six Sigma Process Improvement talk to a large, auditorium style, group of people. The discussion will be lead by a process-intelligent Vice President, however, does not have a black belt.

What do you want out of the icebreaker: energize, convey a principle, team building?

Energizing is easier as you just need something they can laugh at, and will break down some initial barriers.

Thanks for the info. You are right, it was to laugh a little as well as prove a point. The event already happened. We simulated a funny “broken process” with bean bags. It worked fine enough. Again, thanks for the reply.

I would like to hear about the funny bean bag ice-breaker. I am always looking for new ones.
