We just conducted a Lean + Synectics event with one of our clients, where we added the principals of Synectics around Lean methodologies. We now have a real appreciation for the very artful and structured way that their Lean process keeps the team moving towards prototyping and implementing their work throughout the workshop, putting the focus on the operational outcomes of the work. When we coupled this with the creative focus of Synectics, it struck a strong balance between the Operational World and the Innovative World. |

So who is Paul D Roberts? This smacks of self promotion. |

Hi Mike, Thanks for the feedback and I will be mindful of the etiquette going forward This was our first exposure to SixSigma, and understanding it, working with it, and seeing it in action and how it works. We are continuing to work and learn with the Six Sigma team. Apologies if it sounded like self promototion. Thanks Paul |
