Hi, I am a corporate MBB with about 25 years experience with Quality, Toyota Production System/Lean, and Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma. Looking to see/hear what structures have been used differently and succesfully (or not so successfully) for granting multiple certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, DFSS, other) in the same company/locations. |

Both….we currently certify for Six Sigma only but complete 3 types of projects/initiatives…..Lean, Six Sigma, and DFSS. We are considering setting up a certification process that would provide certification possibilities for all three. We currently provide training for Six Sigma (and include Lean tools) and DFSS. Plus one of our goals is to get our current Black Belts proficient in all three methodologies. We are looking to see if anyone has certified to all three and what their approaches and results have been. Thanks, Mike |
