Sam K @Sam-K Reputation - 0 Rank - Aluminum	Has anybody ever done a project pertaining to the costs of medical benefits?  I read in today’s Wall Street Journal that HMOs are expecting large price increases this coming year.  One will raise rates upt 43%.   Is there a true root cause of high medical costs?  Big users based on age or service?  Is this too broad of a project?
