    Hi.
Please I just need a help in this little problem about the limits of Six Sigma. This is the point: when I use Three sigma Process with a 1.5 sigma shift in the mean ( I will use numbers :  x=7  days ;UCL= 10  LCL = 3  standard deviation = 1 ) the result is that the mean moves from 7 to 8.5 or 5.5 ( I undestand this perfectly).
But when I use Six Sigma Process with a 1.5 sigma drift in the mean the results is from 7 days to 6.25 or 7.75 days .    The problem is in the Six Sigma for Green Belts and Champions, Howard Gitlow ( Excellent Book).  But I am a little bit confuse.
Please an expert of Six Sigma could clear my doubt up.
Thanks so much for your help.
    Jose
