| Jim Hansbrough @jghans Reputation - 0 Rank - Aluminum | I’m new to Lean Six Sigma and not currently employed. I want to pursue Black Belt Certification with the hope of joining a hospital and helping them in their pursuit of Baldrige. I am planning on taking either an on-line SSBB course or buying the materials and reading on my own to prepare for the ASQ exam. Either way, I feel I should have a mentor that I can talk to periodically as questions surface from the training, but more important to guide me through the “project” phase – from finding an organization to volunteer my services to – through the actual running and completion of the project. Any input of how I can go about finding a mentor that I can pay would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to respond here or email to jghans@windstream.net. Thank you. Jim |

| Jeff Barnhill @EddieBarnhill Reputation - 62 Rank - Aluminum | Hello and good luck on your endeavor! I would highly recommend that you join a local ASQ branch and inquire about which members are a certified SSBB. Then, politely request mentoring. You may be surprised at the response! |
