COURSE DESCRIPTION
Because we truly believe in providing our clients with the "right tools for the job," SigmaPro offers a Black Belt training curriculum that has been customized for technologists from industrial organizations. Our Industrial Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification program delivers the traditional Six Sigma tools, SigmaPro's proprietary tools and methods, and state of the art Lean Six Sigma tools, all effectively and seamlessly integrated to form a powerful improvement approach for industrial and manufacturing improvement. The curriculum is designed to allow Lean Six Sigma Black Belt candidates to complete a certification project concurrently with the delivery of the training program. Lean Six Sigma tools and methods have a high success rate in industrial applications when used appropriately. All participants will receive detailed knowledge of the tools and methods that are necessary to successfully lead and contribute to Lean Six Sigma improvement projects in a manufacturing or process-oriented environment. Hands-on exercises and tutorials are utilized to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention. This 15-day program is delivered in three blocks of five days (typically one month between training blocks) in order to allow participants to apply the tools and methods to a project in their own business while under the guidance of one of SigmaPro’s highly qualified Master Black Belts.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN
• A structured process for identifying, selecting, defining, and managing Lean Six Sigma projects that are tightly coupled with the goals of the organization.
• The traditional Six Sigma improvement tools using the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology as well as powerful tools that are highly applicable to optimizing manufacturing and process opportunities.
• How the DMAIC strategy and Lean tools can be successfully applied in industrial scenarios.
• How statistical and Lean tools are effectively coupled to increase the probability of success on any industrial project.
