Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Service

SigmaPro’s service Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) training and certification curriculum has been created to enable our graduates to successfully lead and contribute to appropriately scoped process improvement projects and activities. Each topic presented contains information, tools, and methods that Green Belts can immediately apply in service and transactional environments. Our goal is to develop comfort and competence in the use of Six Sigma tools for process and business improvement.

This 8-day program will provide future LSS Green Belts with skills in the application of numerous statistical, lean, and process improvement tools as well as a process improvement acumen that is required to lead Lean Six Sigma efforts. An LSS Green Belt’s knowledge must also include how to identify, prioritize and select opportunities in process and business improvement for application of Lean Six Sigma principles. These topics will be covered at the beginning of the program.
