We are looking for a professional like you who will be responsible for the leadership, management, quality, safety, strategy, and production efficiency of the LD Coating department of the Huntsville site. LD Coating is a Production department that produces automotive catalysts, primarily for the US light duty market. The team consists of five Engineers, four Shift Supervisors and more than 150 hourly staff across a four-shift 24/7 operation.
In this role, you will assist the area manager lead the Coating Department through an operational excellence journey and tactical plans that deliver the best products to our customers and profitability to the company. In addition, you will provide strong EHS leadership to your direct team, as well as the Huntsville site overall. You will also provide peer leadership that coordinates support to keep the Production lines running safely and efficiently.
