Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Business Development Manager in Digital Innovation in our Education Workforce Solutions team. The Education & Workforce Solutions Business Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Business Development, Education Services within the Growth & Innovation Team and will focus on the development of workforce offerings driving profitable growth and market share across the entire EWS portfolio.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Business Development Manager in Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive revenue growth and new orders for the EWS business
  • In your activities you will demonstrate digital software-as-a-service products during virtual and onsite presentations with both internal and external customers
  • You will accompany and support colleagues and peers during external customer presentations and customer presentation preparations
  • You will help develop financial models
  • You will help develop business plans
  • You will help develop presentations on power point
  • Present to executives
  • Create go-to-market strategies
  • Apply lean and six sigma process improvement
  • Implement and manage projects involving various software, virtual reality, and augmented reality solutions and products
  • Drive change and influence through complex matrix organization

  • Experience with software-as-a-service enterprise sales, implementations, or relationships
  • Experience building, developing, or managing growth for new products or innovations
  • Experience in a clinical capacity, including: nursing, perioperative nursing and/or imaging technologist
  • You have completed courses in Financial Accounting, Managerial Science, Micro-Economics, Macro-Economics, and an understanding of the US Healthcare System
  • You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
  • Experience working in and/or selling into hospitals
  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Experience working with software, developing software, reselling software, and/or bringing new products to market
  • Must show proficiency in leading customer-facing presentations
  • Must show proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team in a virtual only environment
