Design and optimize KLJ business and support processes to improve customer experience, enhance profitability and assist KLJ in meeting business objectives. Inject innovation as appropriate. Ensure process outcomes uphold KLJ strategic goals.
•Plan and make both long-term and day-to-day decisions within the framework of the organization’s strategic intent. Understand the factors influencing strategy (e.g. core competence, customers, competition, market trends, external threats, organizational strengths and limitations), recognize broad implications of issues, and adapt tactics to changing conditions.
•Evaluate, design, document, implement, measure, monitor, improve and control business processes to align with strategic goals.
•Understand technology capabilities and collaborate with other technical team members to determine if the use of technology is appropriate and which technologies to use.
•Drive improvement with the cooperation of all departments who are impacted by the proposed changes. Focus on the entire process from beginning to end and apply automation as appropriate.
•Direct and dotted line management of software applications, ensuring integrity of data, structure and flow
•Facilitate requirements definition data collection using strong written and oral communication skills, analyze information and document requirements.
•Develop, define and manage the practices and tools used by the Process and Applications team.
•Provide day-to-day management and support, as well as feedback and development to the Process and Applications team.
•Provide hands-on support at all levels to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, information systems or related field. Additional relevant experience with professional certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.
•Business process management certification, courseware or relevant equivalent experience
◦Six Sigma Green belt or higher certification
◦Certification in business analysis
◦Project management certification
◦Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, UltiPro and/or Microsoft Power BI a plus
◦Experience leading a team
Hours and Travel
This position requires the individual work 40+ hours per week with 90% of the time spent in the office.
