Your Role

  • Drive continuous improvement and a Best Practice process through the Customer Fulfillment Organization
  • Shape the work that the Center of Excellence team will execute against and drive the planning and execution of future improvements that meet the business needs
  • Understand strategic plan deployment and current state and desired future state KPI’s for the business
  • Work with CF Heads & leadership to formulate improvement plans to close the gaps, Facilitates business process management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Guide project leaders and teams through application of lean six sigma tools and techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, root cause analysis, risk assessment/FMEA, kaizen, design for six sigma, mistake proofing)
  • Coach and mentor COE peers and participate in daily problem-solving activities with focus on knowledge transfer
  • Constantly seek to identify, share and facilitate adoption of best practices to eliminate waste and improve performance
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple projects, perform complex tasks, organize and follow through consistently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Drive COE process management and helps to ensure all sites have installed and are effectively practicing business processes
  • Extract data from various databases; perform exploratory data analysis, cleanse, massage, and aggregate data
  • Leverage deep research skills to test hypotheses and draw insights to support our goal of being industry-leading and resource-efficient.
  • Use predictive modeling, regression analysis and other statistical analysis tools to evaluate data and form conclusions/projections
  • Apply basic statistical concepts and descriptive statistics to understand and describe relationships in data
  • Build predictive models and complex descriptive analytics, clustering and process-based analysis

Who You Are:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in CI and process management programs, with at least 5 years spent in roles leading and driving Continuous Improvement to include multi site CI program implementation in a Manufacturing company

Preferred qualifications:

  • Track record of translating data into impactful information and using strategies into executable actions
  • Experiance collaborating with all levels of management and influencing decision-making in a global environment
  • Strategic plan deployment in current state vs desired future state KPI’s for the business
  • Business-applicable experience in several techniques for data visualization skills, e.g. Tableau
  • 10+ years of experience in CI and process management programs, with at least 5 years spent in roles leading and driving Continuous Improvement to include multi site CI program implementation in a Manufacturing company
  • Track record of translating data into impactful information and using strategies into executable actions
  • Experiance collaborating with all levels of management and influencing decision-making in a global environment
