The process improvement specialist will be responsible for collaborating across our Operations team to define and deliver continuous improvements that make things simple for our associates, improve operational efficiencies and elevate the experience for our clients and their customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner across internal teams and stakeholders to understand business and operational needs
  • Capture and document current state processes / workflows
  • Define, document and develop future state end to end processes / workflows
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify, define, document and implement solutions to improve business outcomes and deliver consumer-centric solutions
  • Evaluate, sequence and prioritize improvements to achieve operational efficiencies while helping to transform longer term operational processes
  • Partner across the team to support the definition of new processes, policies and procedures in tandem with delivery of new Operations systems and tools.
  • Collaborate across team/organization to roll-out new processes, procedures and tools and support end user adoption
  • Deliver continuous improvements; Establish channels to learn, iterate and innovate based on user inputs/feedback
  • Define standard metrics to establish baselines and measure outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements
  • Consumer / Client centric focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of successfully working with business to implement process improvements
  • Exemplary problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates a strong bias for action
  • Ability to be agile; Comfortable with change and continuous improvements
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team on multiple tasks and assignments
  • Excellent MS Office / Google Suite skills
  • Agile experience, preferred
  • Lean / Six Sigma, preferred
  • Financial, payment experience, preferred
