Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst is to strategize and execute DA productivity efforts within the business unit and show financial benefit in the form of cost and or revenue improvements. This role is a key business partner to the senior leadership team and their staff and will be a subject matter expert across all of DA’s productivity initiatives. This person will be expected to successfully:

  • Deploy/expand Lean Six Sigma within business unit. Grow belt deployment for yellow, green and black belts.
  • Develop, manage, coach, and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives, often across multiple business functions
  • Perform assessments/discoveries utilizing analytical skills to find Lean Six Sigma opportunities
  • Support smart automation deployments and Agile process improvements
  • Report on program status and metrics and active engagement within the region and globally
  • Lend advice, influence senior leaders, and give direction at all levels of the organization

What your background may include:

  • Engineering or Related Bachelor’s Degree required (Background in technology/data industry strongly preferred)
  • 3-4 years as a full-time Black Belt and/with hands-on Lean expertise, with demonstrated mastery of Operational Lean and Six Sigma tools and Lean concepts
  • Training, coaching, and scaling of Lean Six Sigma programs at an Enterprise level
  • LSS Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt and/or similar Lean Certifications preferred
  • Experience in RPA/smart automation tools deployment and scaling preferred
  • Development of metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
  • Proficient in executive presentation, training, and coaching
