What You’ll Do:

As a highly collaborative and professional leader, you will lead teams that scope and deliver consulting engagements for Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies. You will develop solution to clients’ most complex and impactful business problems with a focus on strategy, operations, and enterprise value improvement.

Directors are responsible for leading project teams on a variety of assessments and execution engagements. These can include pre-sale due diligence as well as financial and operational performance improvement engagements to help clients optimize supply chain, footprint, manufacturing, and information technology operations. In this role, the Director will be working with and leading both TriVista and client teams by coordinating the day-to-day management of the team and executing portions of the project all while keeping the customer’s needs and high-level goals of the project in mind.

. Requirements:

Position Qualifications:

  • 8 years of combined leadership experience in manufacturing, light and heavy industrial operations, industrial maintenance, and/or continuous improvement environment
  • Significant experience as a member of the senior management team responsible for delivering and developing consulting business in manufacturing operations
  • Subject matter expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project deployment
  • Experience with business financials including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Ability to track value creation initiatives to bottom line results
  • Ability to collaborate across business functions and understand impact of business process changes across the organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of how high performing teams operate, understand gaps and inefficiencies
  • Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality
  • Excellent client engagement skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passionate attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
  • 4-year degree, preferably with a focus in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, business, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Six Sigma Mast Black Belt preferred but not required
