We're looking to add a dynamic Operations Manager to our growing team. As an Operations Manager at Bright Cellars, you will manage all things related to fulfillment and delivery. You are a problem solver, and have confidence that your decisions will have a positive impact on our business, we want to talk to you!
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to manage, build and improve operations
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of Bright Cellars distribution center, including warehouse operations, delivery operations and product inventory
- Ensure all orders go out the door with 100% accuracy
- Manage all fulfillment related development requests
- Work closely with suppliers to decrease fulfillment costs
- Develop thorough cost analysis and present to leadership
- Create, refine, and scale processes as we continue to grow
- Manage a dynamic team of operations professionals through providing day to day support, career development, and coaching
- Ensure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities
- Prioritize a member-first environment focused on and committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers
- Drive down costs and improve continuously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams to optimize strategies and tactics
Experience We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of operations management experience within manufacturing or production plant (food/beverage/perishables/CPG/eComm)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working with 3PLs and trucking companies
- Experience managing employees in a hyper growth organization
- Experience improving fulfillment operationsStrong background in packing, shipping, and receiving
- Inventory control management with background in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems
- Ability to look at data and draw business conclusions
- Ability to shift priorities quickly
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma desired
